Yes we can provide fapiaos but only for payments made from mainland China in RMB. Payments by Paypal or to our HSBC Hong Kong account are accounted as income for our Hong Kong company, and as such we cannot provide a Chinese fapiao for them.
To obtain a fapiao, please make sure to pay into our corporate account in Shanghai, and open a support ticket to our billing department with the following:
-Company name (in Chinese)
-Company address (in Chinese)
-Contact person
-Telephone number (to provide to the express company).
